All creatures in the world of UO Calamity has a chance of dropping a skill scroll upon death. The skill is random and when used by a player increases their skillvalue by 1. Note that if your skill is close to the individual skillcap, the skillscroll might give you less (example 99.5 you'll only get 0.5) the skill scroll doesn't break the skillcap.
